Welcome to Wilton Baptist Church


For over 40 years, Wilton Baptist Church has been a welcoming church family centered on faith, worship, and genuine community. Our heart’s desire is to encourage one another daily and help everyone grow in their love for Jesus Christ.


Our Mission & Journey of Faith


Inspired by the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19–20, our mission model of ministry guides everything we do:

  • Worship God — Loving and honoring Him on Sundays for worship with the church gathered.
  • Walk with Others — Building meaningful, supportive relationships in a community of faith with Scatter Groups, AWANA, ROOTED, and GROUNDED.
  • Win People to Jesus — Sharing the hope and good news of Christ with our neighbors and the world by finding at least one way to serve the Lord in our community.

Our Purpose

As an unaffiliated, non-denominational Baptist church, we are self-governing and self-supporting, led by our congregation alongside the servant-leadership of our pastor. Above all, Jesus Christ is the true head of our church, and the Bible serves as our sole authority for all of faith and practice. We are proud to be a modern, 21st-century church standing firmly on the timeless, unchanging doctrine of the 1st-century church!


Our Purpose

We exist to be a welcoming local church home where the Word of God is faithfully taught, wholeheartedly believed, and actively lived out every day.

  • Worship God — Exalting Him in all that we do.
  • Walk with Others — Growing together in love, fellowship, and faith.
  • Win People to Jesus — Sharing the life-changing hope of Christ with our community and world.


Our Mission

Living Out the Great Commission


Our mission flows directly from the words of Jesus in Matthew 28:18–20:


"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, 'All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.'"

We endeavor to fulfill this divine purpose through three core commitments:


Worship God

True worship begins with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through salvation. Being "born again" marks the beginning of a transformed life. Our Sunday morning services are designed to edify and strengthen believers while introducing guests to Jesus and the gift of eternal life. We invite you to join us in exalting Him!


Walk with Others

Discipleship and fellowship are essential—God never intended for us to walk alone. Walking with others means participating in church life, growing in God’s Word, and encouraging one another daily. From intergenerational Scatter Groups to our AWANA program for children and youth, we invite you to build lasting, faith-filled relationships here.


Win People to Jesus

We share Christ by actively serving those around us. Whether through personal conversations, hosting a Scatter Group, teaching a class, sharing a meal, or supporting global missionaries, every act of service points back to Jesus. We encourage every member to discover their God-given spiritual gifts and step into serving others.


Together, as we Worship, Walk, and Win, we carry out Christ's mandate for the glory of His name!
