Steve Harness
Lead Pastor
Pastor Steve and Natalie have been married for nearly 25 years. Steve and his wife are blessed with three children (and a grandson) and are actively committed to "serving the Lord with gladness" and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus. Beyond church ministry, Steve enjoys a varied personal life, including reading scriptures, action novels, and survival books. He is an avid fan of New York Yankees baseball and Memphis Grizzlies basketball, enjoys fishing, hunting, and target shooting, and has dedicated time to coaching youth basketball. He also appreciates a good cup of Dunkin’ coffee. Pastor Steve brings a unique blend of spiritual wisdom, academic rigor, and a down-to-earth personality to his speaking engagements and ministry. Natalie enjoys playing piano for the Lord in the music ministry and is blessed to teach in AWANA and WBA. Serving as a regular church member, she is a great support to Pastor Steve and the congregation.

Rob Newcome
Family Pastor
We are glad to have Pastor Rob Newcome at Wilton Baptist Church. Pastor Rob serves as our Family Pastor. He also serves as the Principal of Wilton Baptist Academy. He has over 15 years of experience teaching in day schools. He and his wife, Jennifer, have six children and several grandchildren. They are cheerfully serving the Lord with us. Pastor Rob follows the Atlanta Braves baseball team and enjoys playing basketball. Jennifer loves coffee and enjoys singing and serving in various ways at Wilton Baptist.
Pastor Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Ministry with a minor in history from Oklahoma Baptist University, an Associate's degree in Education from Brevard Community College, and a Certificate in Bible from Faith Bible Institute.
