Pastor Steve Harness was saved at the age of seven. His father led him to the Lord
in their home after a Sunday night service. The Lord has blessed Pastor Harness with
many educational and experiential opportunities. Educational opportunities include a
Bachelor of Bible, a Master of Ministry, and a Doctorate of Biblical Studies.
Experiential opportunities include, pastor, youth pastor, Christian school educator,
teen evangelist, camp and conference speaker, radio broadcaster, and much more! He
is thankful for each opportunity the Lord has given, and he desires to “serve the Lord
with gladness" while seeing people saved and growing in their relationship with the
Lord.

Pastor Sam Ellis trusted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of eight and followed
the Lord in believer’s baptism soon after his salvation. After growing up in a Christian
home and receiving a Christian-based education, he enrolled in the Pastoral Studies
program at Ambassador Baptist College. In May of 2009 he graduated with his
Bachelors Degree and moved back to upstate NY. On June 6, 2009, after a 13 month
engagement, he and his high-school sweetheart, Ashley, united in marriage. Under the
recommendation of Pastor Steve Harness, Wilton Baptist Church voted on Sunday,
July 5th, to hire Pastor Ellis on staff as the school principal and youth director. Since
then, Pastor Ellis and Ashley have been serving at Wilton Baptist Church and
Academy and are having the time of their lives.
